I managed the Phillips Collection's e-newsletter and digital membership communications, supporting member acquisition and renewal streams that were worth over $1 million in annual giving to the Phillips. I redesigned the e-newsletter and messaging templates, updating the experience and making them mobile responsive — changes that increased open rates by a record 30% YoY. In our membership magazine, I was responsible for custom photography and layout. I lead the initiative to make the magazine more family friendly and collaborated with the Education team to create exhibition-specific games and puzzles.
